MIXED FRUIT PANNA

Being a tropical country, India experiences difficult and painful summers.Still, people welcome the scorching heat of summer just to relish the delicious summer fruits and drinks. Summer fruits, not-only provide an instant boost of energy, but-also help to reduce tiredness, fatigue and ensure that, your system stays hydrated. Coming to hydration, Indians make various summer drinks to beat the heat and to get a festive feeling.
Odisha, one of the state in India celebrates it's new year during this time and make tasty yet nutritious drink called "pana" as a tradition. The way of making pana varies from home to home. I thought to share recipe for "mixed fruit pana" because, "why to settle for one fruit when you can get the joy of all".
Prepartion time : 15min Cooking time: 2 min :)
INGREDIENTS (For 6servings)
Fruits required:
1 large mango, 1/4th part cut into small cubes and extract pulp from 3/4th part
1,5-6 inches Banana
1,Pomegranate seeds
1 apple, finely chopped
1 small bunch of grapes (black and green), cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of grated coconut
1 cup cubed and de-seeded watermelon
Others:
1/2 cup grated cottage cheese
1 cup of milk
1 & half cup of yogurt
Freshly grounded pepper-cons (as per taste)
Sugar (as per taste)
4-5 glass of Water (If require, add more water)
ice cubes
PROCEDURE
Blend milk, sugar, yogurt, mango pulp, banana and watermelon cubes
Add water and ice cubes to it and mix it properly.
Add all other fruits, cottage cheese and mix.
Season with freshly grounded pepper-cons and Holllaaaa.... its ready.Have it as such or refrigerate it for some time.
It cools down stomach.Pepper-cons ease digestion process. It can be refrigerated for 1-2 days. To avoid dis-colouration keep it in a air-tight container.
