CHILLI GARLIC KEEMA NOODLES

Indo-Chinese dishes are the most craved category of food across the Indian sub-continent. These recipes are admirable gift from the Hakka immigrants and developed in accordance to Indian palate. Among various varieties of Indo-Chinese cuisine, Chilli garlic noodles are simple, spicy yet flavorful recipe for your next party appetizer or main-course or just a surprise lunch box recipe for your beloved, that will linger in everyone's mouth. This recipe is a perfect blend of spices and vegetables to satisfy your lingua as well as meeting the nutritional aspect. However, it can be modified according to your requirement like maintaining low spice level for your kids by adding ketch-up or just go on a high spice by increasing the amount of chilies. Nutriment value can be adjusted by choosing oil and vegetables smartly. To boost up it's palatableness along with to make it protein rich I have added chicken keema to it. I hope, this recipe will add a full-stop to your search for today's special.
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup fresh noodles
1/2 cup carrot, cut into julienne
1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 cup beans, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. ginger- garlic paste
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tbsp. dark soya sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup chicken keema (for recipe refer previous post)
Dried red chillies, as required
2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder (1 tsp. each)
Pepper powder, as required.
Salt to taste
water as required
PROCEDURE:
Chicken keema
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Add garam masala powder, stir for 1 min.
Add chopped onion, fry till it get translucent.
Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
Add chopped capsicum. Saute for 5 min. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder. Saute.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it gets juicy.
Add chicken keema and fry till 20 min.
Noodles
Boil water. Add some salt and oil to it.
Add noodles to boiling water. Cook it till its 90% done.
Strain water and wash noodles under running water and keep it separately.
Heat a Chinese wok. Add oil.
Add garlic and dried red chillies, saute.
Add sliced onions, carrot, beans, saute.
Add vinegar, salt and saute.
Add chicken keema, mix well.
Add noodles.
Add soya sauce and pepper powder top of the noddles and mix.
TIPS:
While cooking noodles, cook on a high flame.
Keep the boiled noodles in cold water when cooking vegetables, to avoid sticking.
